Chipmunks and Cotton Clouds

Gillian dress (Savers), 1928 earrings (mom), black flats (grandma)

Today was a pretty good day.  This dress is a sexy beast (and makes me think of cartoon chipmunks), I curled my hair in 10 minutes and still made it to school on time, and I worked really hard to bust through my stressors at school today.  Let's just say that I will never be a school teacher... or at least that it would be a bad idea.  Spent hours working on the literary magazine, and I am very pleased!  Pretty pleased with myself and my peers all-around, today.

I Could Be an Average Blogger but NOPE

Nostalgia dress (free), Justin champion leather belt (thrift), children's flats (Payless)

I took a long, long, accidental/lazy hiatus.  Lo siento.
My amazing aunt is moving, so she went through her closet and hooked me up with some old stuff, like this Mormon-esque '70s potato sack brainchild.  So I sewed up the weird-length sleeves with my non-skills, and I added a belt.  Voila.  Compliments.
DID YOU KNOW that a child's shoe size 6 is the same as a women's shoe size 8?  It has opened up many doors for me.  Those children get good footwear.
I just can't refuse free clothes.

            SPRING!

DRIFTLESS PONY CLUB NERDFIGHTER WHOVIAN THING YEAH

Look how nice my hair was.  Look at it.  This just doesn't happen to me.

Doctor Who t-shirt, black jeans (Forever 21), favorite falling-apart blue knock-offs (Payless)

Last *ahem* July, I went to a Driftless Pony Club concert in a Gazebo in SLC... it was awesome.  Met Beard Lovers, met Nerdfighters, and also had an EPIC HAIR DAY.  And, of course, the music was GREAT!!
I also remember getting a compliment from a cute boy on my (sister's) DOCTOR WHO shirt the same day.  Every day should be so great.
